Refund policy
Due to the personalised nature of our prints, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they are damaged or faulty.
However, we do accept returns on ink pads and pens, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Our return policy lasts for 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, except for personalised items, which are exempt from this policy. Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
